Each and every one of our licensed trainers has undertaken extensive training in the delivery of the Service Assured programme & have met the rigorous competencies and standards set by the Association of Quality Assured Trainers.

Re-assessment of each trainer is carried out every two years in order to assure you of trainers who are up-to-date and ahead of the game in both their service knowledge and trainer skills.
